Squideye, Inc. ("Squideye") has adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain how Squideye collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with Squideye’s products, services, and websites (together "Services"). Non-personal Data

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "non-personal data" means information that does not directly identify you. Additionally, non-personal data means "aggregate" and "de-personalized" information, which is data Squideye collects about the use of Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed. Squideye may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable Squideye to identify you. Squideye may use analytics tools to develop and analyze use of the Services. Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address, device vendor ID, and/or device advertising ID) to help us understand how Services are used. Analytics tools we may use include: Analytics data collection does not include personally identifying information. Squideye does not merge the non-personally identifying analytics data that we collect with personally identifying information from any other source.

Personal Data

Squideye does not collect any information that directly identifies you. However, our app is free and supported by advertisement. Our advertising partners may collect information about you via their Ad Serving Technology which we have integrated into our products and services.

Third Party Technology

Squideye reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by Squideye or Squideye’s partners and contractors.

Like most companies, we use tools from service providers to help us run our business (“Service Providers”). Depending on the service we need, these Service Providers may have access to your Personal Information. We require all Service Providers to treat your Personal Information as confidential information and only use it for the services we need. However, we do not have direct control over how Service Providers use your Personal Information, and we cannot guarantee that our Service Providers will use your Personal Information as we have told them. Safeguards

Squideye follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information in Squideye’s possession. Data collected by Squideye is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. To prevent unauthorized on-line access to data, Squideye maintains data behind a firewall-protected server. However, no security or encryption method can be guaranteed to protect information from hackers or human error.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Special Notice REGARDING MINORS

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
